Perhaps you are already working and have an important presentation / teaching session in English coming up and you would like some impartial advice / feedback. Maybe you're preparing for a job interview and you would like to practice answering some questions ... Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel a lesson free of charge 24 hours before the lesson start time otherwise they will be charged the full price. Clients can reschedule their online bookings up to 12 hours before the lesson start time otherwise they will be charged the full price. Clients who do not show up for their lesson will charged the full price. Clients who are late to their lesson will only have the time that is remaining (for example 20 minutes late for a 55 minute lesson, the lesson will only be for the remaining 35 minutes). I cannot add extra time due to lateness. In the unlikely event that I am late (5 minutes or more) I will compensate for the lost time either by adding to a future lesson or only charging for the time taught. If I have to cancel a lesson due to an emergency or online downtime, I will ensure clients are given a full refund. If for any reason I am late or need to cancel I will give as much notice as possible via email.
